Sam Hooper Obituary
Sam Hooper, of Fairview, passed away Saturday evening, June 5, 2021. He was a long time Fairview Co-Op employee and will be missed by all.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, June 12, at Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson. Visitation will be 10 am - 2 pm at the funeral home prior to service. Burial will follow in the Memory Gardens on Hwy 100 in Centerville.
