Mrs. Patsy Bailey, age 74 of Lyles, TN – formerly of Ruston, LA – passed from this life on October 1, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 16, 1947 to the late Melvin Harlington and Jewell Herring Golden in Ruston, Louisiana. She worked for many years as an office clerk for Blue Bell Creameries.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: James Travis Golden.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years: Arthur Dale Bailey; her children: Richard Peterson (Leah) of Greenbrier, AR, Katrina Bailey, of Fairview, TN, John Bailey (Melissa) of West Chester, PA, and Steven Bailey (Lucinda) of Glendale, AZ; her sisters: Carolyn Ellis and Betty Golden, both of North Little Rock, AR; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
