Mr. Edward T. "Jack" Phillips, age 84, passed away on April 16, 2021 at his home in Fairview, TN. surrounded by this loving family.

Jack was born in Nashville, TN on June 12, 1936 to the late James Thomas Phillips and Helen C. Smith.

He was retired from the Nashville Electric Service where he worked for 31 years as a pole lineman. Jack loved farming, cows, gardening, travel, and attending dances at Danny Binkley's The Junkyard in Fairview. Jack was always known for being an outgoing and friendly guy.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Sara Harrison.

Survivors include his wife; Mary Phillips, sisters; Peggy Varden, Jean Hughes, and Ethel Pultzer also eight nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, April 22, 5 pm until 8 pm and on Friday, April 23, from 12 pm until service time at 2:30 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN.
