Carolyn Choate, age 73, of White Bluff, TN, passed away July 28, 2021 at her residence.
Carolyn was born July 19, 1948, in Fairview, TN, to the late Jim and Mary Edna (Deal) Wyley.
Those left behind to cherish her memories are, two sons, Dwayne O'Neil of Arkansas, and William Spicer of California; daughter, Tina Michelle Parker of White Bluff, TN; two brothers, Robert Lee Spicer of Bon Aqua, TN, and Billy Ray (Mincha) Spicer of Clarksville, TN; sister, Patricia Ann Smithson of White Bluff, TN; and three grandchildren, Allison, Maliah, and Ryan.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her, husband, Wendell D. Choate; two brothers, Roger Eugene Spicer, and Jesse Woodrow Spicer; sisters, Edna Delores Brazzell, and Louise Odom; and a grandchild, Justin Keith O'Clahan.
Visitation with the family was Friday, July 30, at Dickson Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m.; and resumed on Saturday, July 31, at 11 a.m. until the time of service.
Funeral service was held Saturday, July 31, in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home at 1 p.m.; Interment followed in Edgewood Cemetery.
